Job Description
Reports To: Sales Manager
The Texting Sales Specialist will focus on engaging medical providers through text messaging using Vonage, along with emails and virtual platforms, to promote My Health Aiyin’s services. The role involves generating leads, responding to inquiries, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication. The specialist will also handle client meetings and presentations on Zoom, Skype, Teams, or Google Meet as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
• Text Messaging Outreach (Vonage):
• Initiate and manage bulk and personalized text campaigns using Vonage to engage medical providers.
• Highlight the benefits of My Health Aiyin’s medical billing and related services through text.
• Respond to inquiries received via text promptly and professionally.
• Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
• Follow up on leads through personalized text messages, address concerns, and convert them into viable opportunities.
• Schedule and attend virtual meetings with clients when needed.
• Client Meetings and Demos:
• Set up and conduct virtual meetings with clients via Zoom, Skype, Teams, or Google Meet to present My Health Aiyin’s offerings.
• Provide support during product demos or informational meetings.
• Email Outreach:
• Complement texting campaigns with targeted email outreach to strengthen communication and follow-up.
• Craft and send follow-up emails to ensure clients remain engaged and informed about services.
• CRM and Reporting:
• Use CRM software to track texting and emailing interactions with prospects.
• Document lead progress, interactions, and results to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
• Sales Targets and Communication:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and enhance results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in text-based sales or digital engagement, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing sectors.
• Proficiency in using Vonage for text campaigns and CRM software for lead management.
• Strong written communication skills for text and email outreach.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Skype, Teams, Google Meet).
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple leads and clients.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices is a plus.
