Welcome to My Health Aiyin. Our company policies are designed to create a positive and productive work environment, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and provide clear guidelines for our employees. Please read the following policies carefully.

Employment Policies

  • Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited. Any incidents should be reported to HR immediately.

Discrimination in any form is not tolerated. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Work Hours and Attendance

  • Work Schedule

Employees are expected to work Monday to Friday, 9-12 Hour Shift. Saturdays and Sundays are off. All National US holidays are paid as well.

  • Attendance and Punctuality

Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Employees are expected to be present at their workstations and ready to start work at the beginning of their scheduled shifts.

  • Biometric Attendance

Employees must use the biometric attendance system to record their attendance accurately. Any issues with the system should be reported to HR immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Employees are entitled to 1 PTO day per month after completing the probation period of three months.

  • Holidays

Employees are entitled to all National US holidays, which are paid.

Conduct and Performance

  • Code of Conduct

Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes treating colleagues, clients, and visitors with respect and maintaining a high level of integrity.

  • Performance Expectations

Performance will be evaluated based on job-specific targets and overall contribution to company goals. Regular performance reviews will be conducted.

  • Dress Code

Employees are required to adhere to a dress code of formal attire, which may include either US or Pakistani attire, as specified by management.

Health and Safety

  • Health and Safety Policy

My Health Aiyin is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. Employees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately.

  • Emergency Procedures

Employees should familiarize themselves with emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and assembly points.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • Confidential Information

Employees must maintain the confidentiality of all company, client, and practice information. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.

  • Data Protection

Employees must comply with all data protection laws and company policies regarding the handling and storage of personal data.

Technology Use

  • Acceptable Use Policy

Employees must use company technology resources responsibly and for work-related purposes only. Personal use of company resources is not allowed.

  • Internet and Email

Internet and email use should be limited to work-related activities. Any inappropriate use, such as accessing harmful or illegal content, is prohibited.

Leave Policies

  • Sick Leave

Employees are entitled to sick leave for up to three days in a calendar year, based on a doctor’s diagnosis or recommendation.

  • Maternity/Paternity Leave

Female employees are entitled to a maternity leave of three weeks to one month. Male employees are entitled to paternity leave of three days to support their partner during childbirth.

Conflict Resolution

  • Conflict Resolution Process

Employees are encouraged to resolve conflicts directly and respectfully. If a conflict cannot be resolved informally, it should be escalated to the immediate supervisor or HR.

  • Mediation

If necessary, mediation sessions may be arranged to resolve conflicts amicably.

Compliance with Laws

  • Legal Compliance

Employees must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes.

  • Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State in the U.S. where the employee works or the laws of Pakistan, depending on the employee’s primary location of work.

Amendments and Updates

  • Policy Updates

My Health Aiyin reserves the right to amend or update these policies as necessary. Employees will be notified of any changes in writing.

Acknowledgment

Employees are required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of these policies by signing the document.
