Job Description

Reports To: Sales Manager

The Tele-Sales Specialist will focus on engaging medical providers to promote and sell My Health Aiyin’s medical billing services through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms. Utilizing RingCentral for calls, this role will involve generating leads, managing the sales process, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. The specialist will also be responsible for setting up and conducting client meetings on platforms like Zoom, Skype, Teams, or Google Meet as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach via Phone Calls (RingCentral):
• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical facilities to promote My Health Aiyin’s services using RingCentral.
• Explain the benefits of medical billing, credentialing, and AR follow-up services to prospective clients.
• Engage potential clients, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead Generation and Follow-up:
• Research and identify potential leads within the medical field using various databases and tools.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and scheduled virtual meetings to maintain interest and convert leads into viable clients.
• Client Meetings and Demos:
• Set up and conduct virtual meetings and product demos with clients via Zoom, Skype, Teams, or Google Meet.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a professional and seamless meeting experience.
• Email Outreach:
• Draft and send personalized emails to healthcare providers as follow-up to phone conversations.
• Utilize emails to provide detailed information about My Health Aiyin’s services and schedule meetings when appropriate.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up via calls and emails.
• Use CRM software to record interactions, track progress, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Prepare and submit reports on outreach efforts, lead status, and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably within the medical billing or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with RingCentral, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Skype, Teams, Google Meet).
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to sales.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices is a plus.
