Position Overview

Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Help Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, and resolving issues related to billing and insurance claims. This role is essential in ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining high standards of customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with billing, insurance claims, and account-related issues.

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve patient concerns, including billing discrepancies, insurance denials, and payment inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

  • Information Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing procedures, insurance policies, and patient account information to provide accurate support.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide clear explanations.

  • Documentation: Record and document patient interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer support system for tracking and follow-up.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or help desk role, preferably in a healthcare or billing environment.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of medical billing procedures, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology.

Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM Pakistan Time.
