Position Overview

Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a meticulous Credentialing Analyst to join our team. The Credentialing Analyst will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. This role is essential in maintaining provider networks and ensuring that credentialing requirements are met for efficient claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Credentialing Management: Oversee the credentialing process for new and existing healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements.

• Documentation Review: Review and verify all credentialing documents, including licenses, certifications, and other credentials, for accuracy and completeness.

• Application Processing: Prepare and submit credentialing applications to insurance companies and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.

• Verification: Conduct primary source verifications of provider credentials and background checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all credentialing documentation and correspondence.

• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in credentialing requirements and industry regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in credentialing, medical billing, or healthcare administration.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with credentialing processes, healthcare regulations, and payer requirements.

Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM Pakistan Time.
