Position Overview

Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representatives to join our expanding team. The successful candidates will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy for our medical and dental billing services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact the growth trajectory of our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their billing requirements.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving sales targets and meeting client expectations.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.

  • Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide insights through regular reports on progress, market trends, and business development outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the medical or dental billing industry or a similar healthcare-related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
